Zoomsounds comments don't work

This looks a great plugin, but I'm having trouble getting comments to work.

if I stream from Soundcloud, I simply can't see an option to allow user comments. What is the correct configuration for this, please?

I have the normal Wordpress comment section replaced by a Facebook comment section - could this be the problem?

If I try and add as a single file from the media library, same problem - no comments. It finds the file okay but just won't allow any comments. I'm using the "skinwavewithcomments" config and I've linked to the media file properly.

Here's the shortcode I'm using:

It doesn't want to count the likes or views either.

Please help!
